- The library is open to all members of the college.
- The library is open from 8-30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days and from 9-30 am to
5.00 pm on all holidays.
- The library is kept closed on Sundays and all notified holidays.
- Every student is supplied with three borrowers tickets for taking books from the library. Only one book can be borrowed against one ticket. While borrowing the book the student should hand over the ticket to the librarian and should get it back when returning the book. Books will be issued only on presentation of the Identity Card.
- Students should take care of the tickets issued to them . Loss of tickets should be brought to the notice of the librarian immediately and it will entail a fine of Rs.3/- per ticket
. The library is automated and open access system is adopted.
- On receiving a book from the library the student must examine it at once and call the attention of the librarian to any damage found on it , If he fails to do so, he will be held responsible for any damage that may be noticed afterwards.
- Lending of library tickets and sub-lending of library books are strictly forbidden.
- In the event of loss or damage of a book the person responsible shall supply a new copy of the book, or pay the cost of the book if it is approved by the librarian.
- Books and journals must not be marked or defaced or damaged in any manner by the students . Any infringement of this rule will be punished with fine or with being denied the privilege of using the library.
- The librarian may from time to time, on the direction of the Principal, keep certain books for reference in the library. The reference books must not be taken out of library.
